Consulting 2.0
The
challenge with many human performance improvement methods
is that – while they are often effective – they’re typically “in-house”
tools used primarily by specialists, often overwhelming in their
complexity or range of choices, and are not suited for use by a
broad audience.
We believe that Performance Consulting 2.0 is the next step.
It consists of core “performance thinking” models and an array of
complementary methods. This results in a toolkit that is unusually
powerful and flexible – yet
simple and intuitive enough to be applied by almost anyone in your
organization.
Six Boxes® Performance Thinking is the foundation of
our Performance Consulting 2.0 work. It is a simple, plain-language
framework that:

wide range of applications.
The
Six Boxes® Approach was not widely available until
recently. Although it has been proven in numerous projects in a variety
